Start with 3 packs of thrones. Make the best deck you can, using blanks to fill out to 30 minimum
cards. Single elimination Best of 3 matches. The winner takes the opponent's C and U cards,
rebuilds from the new larger pool, and goes on to the next single elim match, until only 1 player
is left at the top of the heap. I'll make sure there is no "bye" round, as the bye player would have
an extreme disadvantage.
